Help for your tired feet – A Review of Superdrug’s new foot care range

As spring approaches, our minds wander to the thought of summer and for me, it means long flowing skirts and sandals that allow my feet to breath in the fresh air and get to feel the warm hot sun on my toes after being cocooned in socks and boots for the autumn and winter months.

    Soak them with olive oil and water weekly seems to do the trick!

    I never thought of olive oil! good tip. I always apply lotion, especially to the heels of my feet. I think many forget about the bottom of their feet but it does make a difference!

      My feet are often the last part for lotion and most times I forget but I was also thinking coconut oil might work too!

    I massage them in oil at bedtime to keep them soft.

    I try keep my feet moisturised and free from hard skin as much as possible

      It can be tough for us women though with any kind of high heels!

    apply foot lotion and a pair of cotton socks once a week for a moisturising treatmean, really helsp with hard skin

    I moisturise my feet every day and use a rough skin remover on my heels.

    Ive always struggled with dry heels and feet but I now wash them with soapy water everyday, put moisturising cream on them & put fluffy sleep socks on as if just keeps them hydrated and healthy!

    I always use a good rich moisturizer on them at night and wear socks in bed!

    Smother in a cheap moisturiser and then pop my bed socks on at night 🙂 happy feet

    I suffer from terrible hard skin on my feet that often cracks, so each time i have a bath and the hard skin has been sufficiently soaked i use a special foot grater to grate the skin off my feet and then use foot cream which i allow to soak in before putting on socks to help it absorb further.

    would love to win ive terrible feet even though i use a pumis and moisturise regularly i have very dry skin on my heels which crack badly

    I put moisturising cream on my feet, then a pair of cotton socks over that, leave overnight and in the morning lovely smooth feet! 🙂

    I massage my feet with aromatherapy oils, i have to as i do a lot of running and overpronate so my feet get very achy and painful. I also always maintain a good pedicure on my toenails.
