Help for your tired feet – A Review of Superdrug’s new foot care range

As spring approaches, our minds wander to the thought of summer and for me, it means long flowing skirts and sandals that allow my feet to breath in the fresh air and get to feel the warm hot sun on my toes after being cocooned in socks and boots for the autumn and winter months.

The winter can take its toil on feet and us women can suffer more than most with shoes that while look great are sometimes not the best in terms of giving our feet space to breath.  Well to help you with your feet, Superdrug have launched the new PORON foot care range.

So what makes these so special?

Well, the materials used in the range give you comfort for as long as your shoe lasts!  Wow how great is that?  My past insoles and relief pads started to break up and left such a dreadful mess in my shoe so thank goodness the Superdrug range will counteract that!

There is a vast array of products to choose from:

Poron Ball of Foot Cushions. Cushions the sensitive ball of your foot which can become very painful when wearing heels.

foot-support-1 foot-support-2 foot-support-3 foot-support-4 foot-support-5

Poron Heel Cushions helps prevent blisters from occurring on your heels.

Poron Arch Supports helps support shock absorption.

Poron Ladies Insole helps to support your foot and stop it sliding and causing friction.

Poron Sore Spots 4’s helps prevent blisters and stops red marks from those shoes that sometimes pinch in places!

The Superdrug Poron Foot Range are an excellent choice for anyone looking to treat common foot/shoe problems.  If you want your feet and legs to feel better, this great range if definitely worth buying!  At the moment Superdrug also have a Buy 1 Get a Second half price on selected footcare range so a great time to buy 🙂

I know when my feet feel great – I feel great!

Happy feet!

I never thought of olive oil! good tip. I always apply lotion, especially to the heels of my feet. I think many forget about the bottom of their feet but it does make a difference!

My feet are often the last part for lotion and most times I forget but I was also thinking coconut oil might work too!

Ive always struggled with dry heels and feet but I now wash them with soapy water everyday, put moisturising cream on them & put fluffy sleep socks on as if just keeps them hydrated and healthy!

I suffer from terrible hard skin on my feet that often cracks, so each time i have a bath and the hard skin has been sufficiently soaked i use a special foot grater to grate the skin off my feet and then use foot cream which i allow to soak in before putting on socks to help it absorb further.

I massage my feet with aromatherapy oils, i have to as i do a lot of running and overpronate so my feet get very achy and painful. I also always maintain a good pedicure on my toenails.
