As a mummy I am finding it extremely it difficult to get rid of my little tummy after two C-section births! No matter how many sit ups I do, it doesn’t seem to help. So, I have decided to look in to CoolSculping. Below I’ve listed 5 things you need to know about Coolsculping in case you are considering it too!
What Is CoolSculpting?
According to Pulse Light Clinic CoolSculpting is a noninvasive body sculpting treatment. This is done by fat-freezing using a process called Cryolipolysis. There is no need for surgery or needles. The treatment has also been approved by the FDA.
What Does the Treatment Consist of?
At the Pulse Light Clinic you receive a free consultation where you will be able to discuss the areas you wish to see an improvement. A Coolsculpting device is attached to the area of unwanted fat. It then targets the area of fat cells freezing them which causes them to die. The process can take up to an hour so it can be done in your lunch break – there is absolutely no down time at all – unlike other treatments.
What areas can you use CoolSculpting for & how long does it last?
CoolSculpting is an approved treatment of fat for bulges in the thighs, under the chin, on the belly, back, love handles and your bum. On average you will experience a 20% reduction in fat per treatment. It will take a few treatments for the best results and the final stage of the results will be visible within 2 or 3 months when your body will have flushed away all the dead fat cells that were frozen. Indeed, the results are permanent if you keep up a healthy lifestyle. So this is indeed a great way of kick starting a new healthy lifestyle.
Are there any risks associated with CoolSculpting?
There are no risks associated with CoolSculpting but there are some things you should be aware of. There will be some redness around the areas of the treatment and some tenderness or tingling where the fat has been frozen. These usually last around 10 to 15 minutes.
